New Age Learning Experience Platform to build a culture of learning

As a start-up organization the company(in discussion for this case) lacked a structured learning and development approach to build capability, enhance relevant skills, and develop functional competencies to drive business growth. A deep dive into the employees base threw up facts like close to 72% of employees were graduates with 1-3 yrs experience, people managers were with close to 3-4 yrs exp and mostly first-timers. Getting the new resources to get productive in a shorter time frame was also an area that needed attention.

 

Agile Approach to learning: A new-age learning experience platform was initiated with a turn around time of less than 9 months, Delivering highly interactive, microlearning content, gamified reward program, certifications, and function/ domain-specific courses on the go!

 

The new-age learning experience platform supported business-relevant skills required to scale business, facilitated growth, and help build skills faster among the new age workforce with creative engagement and in turn fostering a culture of learning across the organization. 

 

Specific Learning academies relevant to each function were accessible on the platform which had function/domain specific content and learning modules. This ensured great engagement for learning among all the functions as the learning was customized to each functions requirements. New joiner's time to productivity was ramped up as the platform engaged them right from day 1 and ensured they get a holistic view of the organization and functional working.
